Coolant Filtration Systems

U.S. Lubricants can also provide a comprehensive solution to your coolant filtration needs ranging from the simplest, most economical tramp oil separators, to disk skimmers, and a range of coalesce systems. These solutions can help extend tooling life, help improve parts finish, reduce coolant consumption, and significantly reduce operating cost.

Coalescers concentrate and remove oil and particles from the coolant and extend coolant life, reducing both the volume of coolant used as well as the associated disposal costs. The right coalescer systems can help extend tool life, as well as improve parts finish. They aerate and can also help eliminate odor, mist, and possible dermal irritation or respiratory health issues. Disk Skimmers remove tramp oil and can handle heavy oils and large oil volume, so are best suited to some applications.
